     the picture of me is abit cui but this is the best taken .. Went to east coast park for 2010 passion run , mal and i were so excited in the starting of the event but still have a bit of fear as we are running 25km individual. ! Maybe it is no big deal to "pro" , but to us , IT IS ! We ran at the 3rd wave , start at about 4.40 pm... half way through the running i really feel like giving up and jus rest but i didnt .. i came back at about 7 plus and mal came back about 8 plus... After that , my whole legs is like dam "sour" la.. Enjoy the event performance and headed home after that. Life is like running up and down de slope ... need perseverance in somethings , need to take every step wisely to prevent from falling down , need to go through obstacles that blocking you . ~me~ at 11:54 PM | |
